Repositioning a public entity for good.
The Lake City Development Corporation, an urban development agency, had a bad and undeserved public opinion despite all their efforts to build jobs, infrastructure, and attract new businesses.
Range proposed a strategic, research based rebranding of the public entity to reintroduce it to the community. Our research revealed key insights to the agencies lack of acceptance in their community. Respondents who were aware of the agency were split evenly in their acceptance. This left opportunity to reintroduce Lake City Development Corporation and the opportunities for growth they bring with positive projects and community involvement.
A growing message about building a better community.
The campaign rollout for the new brand slowly built on what positive things ignite cda added to the community. This building of accomplishments was what rebranded Lake City Development Company in a campaign rolled out on many mediums such as billboards, radio, newsprint online and television.
